This policy explains what information FoodieTrack collects, how it is used, how it may be shared with service providers, and how you can delete your data.

FoodieTrack is operated as an independent project based in Singapore.

What We Collect

FoodieTrack may collect the following information:

• Profile information you provide, such as name, age, gender, weight, and height
• Meal logs and nutrition history
• Telegram User ID
• Subscription status

Why We Collect It

FoodieTrack uses this information to:

• Generate calorie and nutrition tracking data
• Maintain meal history and saved entries
• Provide AI-powered insights and coaching features
• Display stored information to users upon request
• Manage Premium subscription access

AI Processing

FoodieTrack uses a combination of locally hosted AI models and third-party AI services to provide calorie estimation, meal analysis, and personalised coaching features.

For meal analysis and macro estimation, meal descriptions and meal-related information may be processed by AI systems.

For personalised coaching, nutrition goals, target calorie and macro targets, and meal history may be processed by AI systems to generate recommendations and coaching insights.

FoodieTrack does not send personal profile information such as your age, gender, weight, or height to AI providers for meal analysis or coaching.

Data Retention

FoodieTrack keeps your data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain your account, and support subscription management.

If you reset your account, the deleted information is removed from active use. Some limited records may remain where required for subscription management or operational purposes.

Data Deletion

You may delete your FoodieTrack data at any time by using the /reset command within Telegram.

When a reset is performed, FoodieTrack permanently deletes your profile information, meal logs, nutrition history, goals, templates, and other user-generated data stored by the service.

To maintain subscription access, FoodieTrack retains only:

• Telegram User ID
• Current subscription status

This information is retained solely for subscription management purposes.

Blocking or removing the FoodieTrack bot may also result in your account and data being permanently deleted, with the exception of the subscription information listed above.

Third-Party Services

FoodieTrack relies on third-party services including Telegram, Telegram Stars, AI providers, and hosting providers to deliver certain functionality.

These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Security

FoodieTrack takes reasonable steps to protect the information it stores. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but access to stored data is limited to what is needed to run the service.

Your Choices

You may update or delete your data through the FoodieTrack bot where supported. You may also contact us if you have questions about the data we store or how it is used.
